Timothy KacirNovember 17, 2023Modern Brick rebuilt my brick chimney. The cap was cracked and the brick faces were popping out. Modern torn it down, replaced the bricks, put a new limestone cap on, and even tuck-pointed some bricks lower on the house. It looks fantastic and will be good for years to come.

Daniel CordtzAugust 27, 2023Shane & everyone else were great to work with. During our initial meeting with Shane, he made sure that the brick & mortar would be a good match to our home. The day the work was done, everyone that was working on our house took care with all of our landscaping & any other items that needed to be moved. Communication with the crew was great & they addressed any concerns we had. They worked efficiently & quickly to complete the job as soon as possible. They also made sure they cleaned up after the work was done & put everything back in place (planters, mulch, etc.). Upon completion, Shane was in communication to make sure we were satisfied with they work they performed. Very great experience & would hire them again for the future.

The stairs were so uneven, and there was even an area where the pavers started to cave in towards our house. I wanted to get 3 quotes before choosing the company we’d work with. And Shane was actually my second quote. However, apart from the other 2 men I’d spoken with, Shane was the most detailed, informative and honest which is why my husband and I chose to go with him. He was so thorough with explaining how his crew would fix our patio and why the paver shifted so much etc. On top of that Shane’s men got to work the same week we were quoted and finished in 2 days! I cannot recommend a more friendly and professional company than Modern Brick. My patio looks like new thanks to them and Shane was such a joy to work with. Always quick to respond and overall such a great experience!
